Municipalities and fire districts
Built to stand behind a zone commitment.
Public agencies are buying reliability over years, not a price on a page. That is a question about capacity, reporting and staying power.
What we bring
Depth behind a long-term commitment.
Zone awards turn on response time performance, documented clinical quality and the ability to honor a multi-year commitment. We are set up to be held to all three for the life of a contract.
- Response time reporting that reconciles. Compliance reporting comes out of the same dispatch system that ran the call, with consistent definitions period to period, so it can be audited rather than assembled.
- Surge and mutual aid depth. Nearby companies in our group can cover peak load, storm events and mass casualty response without a new arrangement each time.
- A standard quality program. A common review cadence, documentation standard and training program, carried out under the local medical director and your protocols.
- Capital behind the commitment. Fleet replacement, station capital and staffing are funded at the group level, so service does not depend on one company's cash position in a difficult quarter.
Procurement
Who you are contracting with.
Proposals are submitted by the operating company licensed in your jurisdiction, which is the entity that holds the certificate and answers for performance. Wexmoor Health Partners is its parent and is disclosed as such.
Documentation we can provide ahead of a formal process:
- Ownership structure and control disclosures
- Licensure and certificate status
- Historical response time performance
- Quality program and medical direction structure
- Financial capacity documentation
Evaluating coverage, a renewal or an upcoming solicitation?
We can walk through coverage, staffing and reporting well before anything formal is on the calendar.
