About

Local ambulance companies, run to a common standard.

Wexmoor Health Partners owns and supports established ground medical transport companies across Indiana and the surrounding Midwest.

Who we are

A group of local ambulance companies.

Wexmoor Health Partners owns and supports established ground medical transport companies across Indiana and neighboring states. Each one continues to operate under its own name, its own license and its own leadership, with the crews and community relationships it already had.

What we add is the part that is hard for a single company to fund on its own: shared dispatch and reporting systems, a common documentation and quality standard, a billing operation staffed by people who do only that, and capital for vehicles and stations.

The intent is straightforward. A hospital or a county should get the responsiveness of a local company and the consistency of a much larger one.

How we operate

The standards every company in the group works to.

Clinical care and medical direction
Patient care is directed by each company's medical director under the protocols that apply in that jurisdiction. Group standards cover documentation quality, review cadence and training. They do not override medical direction.
Licensing
Each operating company holds the EMS licenses, permits and vehicle certifications required where it operates. Wexmoor Health Partners is the parent company and does not itself provide ambulance service or hold EMS licensure.
Quality review
Runs are reviewed on a set schedule against a common standard, with findings going back to crews and to the medical director rather than into a file.
Compliance
A group compliance program covers billing and coding integrity, medical necessity documentation, exclusion screening, and a reporting channel available to every employee.
Patient privacy
Protected health information is handled under written agreements between the group and each operating company, with access limited to the people doing billing, quality and analytics work on that company's behalf.

Questions about coverage, licensure or how we operate?

Hospitals, agencies and payers all ask. We would rather answer directly than have it inferred.
